Drama CPD Unit Levels
Level 1
At Level 1, units of work provide support or guidance for teachers on specific relevant topics. If you are new to teaching drama or to a particular aspect of drama teaching, these units will make a good starting point, involving you in some independent work within a clear framework.
Level 2
At Level 2, units of work enable teachers to develop their understanding of relevant topics or issues in teaching drama. They will involve some background reading, research or both and some reflective or analytical responses. The units are designed to enable teachers to reflect on their classroom practice with a view to innovation and development.
Level 3
At Level 3, units aim to encourage critical thinking and innovative practice. They will involve a process of research, assimilation and practitioner enquiry into an aspect of drama practice and will demand ongoing reflection and evaluation and learner dialogue.
