How do I access the ND CPD units?
First step is to register. Hit the Register link (link) here or at the top of the web page and it will take you straight there.
Is there a charge to register?
No, registration is absolutely free of charge.
TDA funding for this project requires registration to inform the reporting process, monitor use and qualtiy aspects and feedback.
How do I upload my work?
Go to My Portfolio and login using your user name and password.
You can type your work straight into the ‘content’ area and/or upload various files (see below for formats) depending on how you have prepared your work.
What can I upload to my Portfolio?
As well as text you can upload the following documents and formats:
- Word documents: .doc
- PDF documents: .pdf
- Excel documents: .xls .xlsx
- PowerPoint: .ppt
- Images: .jpeg .png .gif
- Audio: .mp3
How do I access my work?
Go to My Portfolio and login using your user name and password, this will take you to your My Portfolio area and the work you have uploaded.
How do I download my work from my portfolio?
Go to My Portfolio and login using your user name and password
You will be able to download your work
Can I discuss a CPD unit with someone from the CPD team?
Yes, please contact us first at askcpd@nationaldrama.org.uk giving details of the Unit and the area you would like to discuss and we will get back to you within 5 working days to arrange a time to discuss it with you.
I have an idea for a CPD unit, what should I do?
We welcome any new CPD ideas. Please contact us first at askcpd@nationaldrama.org.uk, include an outline of your idea and we will reply to arrange a time to discuss your plans with you.
Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection
If you intend to include still or moving images of children or vulnerable adults in your unit materials you must secure prior parental/carer permission for each identifiable person and you must then provide us with written evidence of such permission.
